Michelle was my online rep and was very timely on all questions I had in regards to the Tundra. She was able to work with my schedule around emails and ultimately got me into the sales dep. to test drive the Tundra. I was nervous going on a test drive and he allayed my fears. He explained how to use everything in the car (Toyota Camry). The only problem was that the dealership was very busy and was there for 4 hours. Dimitri explained the service of the car and was very nice.
