Service appointment scheduled for Saturday March 19th. Upon arriving very early I was notified that "customers with Ally Auto Care" can't come Saturdays (only weekdays) as they need to call Ally and Al Upon arriving very early I was notified that "customers with Ally Auto Care" can't come Saturdays (only weekdays) as they need to call Ally and Ally is not available on weekends. FYI: I serviced my car THERE always on Saturdays. Finally booked it for Thursday March 24th. Advisor told me it was gonna take 2 hours & I left, BUT I was called 20 minutes later that car was finished (Bad communication between advisor and actual techs). "Oil change notification" was never reset on the car dashboard & "windshield sticker" was never placed. So I had to check dip stick and filter to make sure it was actually done Receipt was not provided. Bad experience compared to my previous service visits. More
