Hard to reach at times, once in the door Service is great I just needed to make an appointment as my check engine light came on. I called on a Friday and left a voice mail. Called about an hour later and ag I just needed to make an appointment as my check engine light came on. I called on a Friday and left a voice mail. Called about an hour later and again went to voice mail. Went back to the operator, who said she would find someone. Went to voice mail again. An hour later called again, went to voice mail a 3rd time. Back to the operator, who said she would leave a note with one of the service guys to call me back. I told her I had a meeting from 2-3 that afternoon, all I needed was an appointment for a check engine light. Go ahead, set the appointment and let me know when it is. She said OK. Sure enough, they call at 2:30 and leave me a voice mail to call them back. I call back at 4, go to voice mail. Enough of this for 1 day. Saturday morning I call, again go to voice mail. Back to the operator, explain the above, she said she would put me in touch with a supervisor. Once again, I go into voice mail. So I decide to make the drive down Saturday afternoon and go to the shop to make the appointment, appointment made first thing Wednesday morning. The engine light fix was fairly simple, had a oil change done as well. Dropped it off at 7 AM, didn't get a call back until 4. They found the issue based on the computer code, had the part, but wouldn't be able to fix it until the next day. Next afternoon picked up the truck. Takes 2 people and the better part of an hour to check out, but we get it done. Only issue is that the oil change % in the truck still showed the same. How do you know the oil change was done if that isn't reset? I call them, they confirmed it was done, the tech just forgot to reset the truck. Fine. Not sure I will go through that again. Need to sort out someone that just schedules appointments. Maybe not as easy as it seems, but 6 phone calls over 2 days to try and set an appointment (and fail) was frustrating and time consuming. Once I found someone, they were all great. Just getting to someone was seemingly hard. Did go talk to Kim in sales. No 2WD Lariat's in stock. So he is watching for them. More
