These people sell products that are not your typical used car. Their cars are faulty. They time it so that the Lemon Law doesn’t apply. Then they don’t stand behind their product. When you buy a car two months ago and magically it no longer works and it’s my only form of transportation that becomes an issue that I now have a car loan with NO CAR! They won’t do anything to help either. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my dog! More

Be careful buying a car from Bridge Auto Group. I recently bought one from them. They only guarantee passing INSPECTION in NJ. I'm from Philadelphia. I have to have two tires replaced and front brak recently bought one from them. They only guarantee passing INSPECTION in NJ. I'm from Philadelphia. I have to have two tires replaced and front brakes and ROTORS replaced. So now I have to put out $900 to pass INSPECTION!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Sales department was great. But of course that's their job! JD settled us with warm welcome, listen to our expectations, and then we test drove the 2012 Honda odyssey we went for. We checked out a ford flex as well. Pleasant experience with JD The vehicle had been found online on Edmund so we called and found out that it was at Bridge Auto Group. Made a call and JD answered the phone. We spent a fairly long amount of time waiting to finalize the financing with Juan and there was a bit of a misunderstanding which did make the bottom line significantly different than what was presented online. As previously mentioned JD was a pleasure to deal with. More
