I have always being a fan of engines, such inclination took me to be in the aviation field for period of times during my early 20's before I settled in the automotive business and since I have not stopped to have nothing but a thrilling experience with great personal reward. Amongst the brands I have been fortunate to have worked with I can recall SMART, HONDA, FIAT, ALFA-ROMEO, MASERATI, FERRARI AND FCA in general. Customer service culture is what I like to create, share, and be able to train my co-workers for outstanding client satisfaction and experiences.
