It's nice to be working with a service dealer that keeps track of what work you need and will need to have done in these days. I've been dealing with Jack and he was keeping track of the what change keeps track of what work you need and will need to have done in these days. I've been dealing with Jack and he was keeping track of the what changes to the standard maintenance schedule needed to be adjusted in the days where I wasn't putting much mileage on the car and readjusting once I did some road trips. I recently had my car serviced at Courtesy Acura for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff at Courtesy Acura provided top-notch ser oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff at Courtesy Acura provided top-notch service and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional. Jack Aran greeted me with a warm welcome and was attentive the moment I walked in. I was pleased to find that they were not pushy regarding additional services. They offered me options, but there was no pressure to opt for anything beyond the oil change and tire rotation. This aspect is crucial as I appreciate being given choices without feeling coerced. Moreover, the waiting area was comfortable and clean. They had complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi, making the wait enjoyable. Additionally, the waiting time was reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout the process, which I appreciated. One more thing worth mentioning is the attention to detail. Not only did they perform the requested services impeccably, but they also performed a multi-point inspection, identifying potential issues that might need addressing in the future. It's comforting to know that Courtesy Acura cares about the overall health of my vehicle and is proactive in maintaining its longevity. Overall, my experience at Courtesy Acura was fantastic. Their non-pushy staff, skilled technicians, comfortable waiting area, and attention to detail make them stand out from the rest. I scheduled an appt for a recall item through a service department member. During the conversation, he discovered another recall item that would take most of the day, and we sheduled the work for the follo department member. During the conversation, he discovered another recall item that would take most of the day, and we sheduled the work for the following Monday. However, It was never entered into the system, so when I got there at 7:30 on Monday, there was no record. I had to leave the car until the next day. My car has less than 60K miles, as it is a second car, and driven infrequently. I received notice that there were 4 items that would need to be part of a 60K checkup. I declined for now, but expect to do them in the next few months. No one ever called me about when my car was ready. When I called the service person told “it had been done for a few hours”. When I went pick the car up, it seemed an inconvenience for someone to help me. When they found my paper work, there was no charge for the recall work, and I was told my car would be pulled around outside. I waited for several minutes, and finally walked back in to ask if my car was being pulled up. I was surprised to see that it had been pulled up in the garage, windows open, steering wheel extremely hot, and the key fob in the counsel. I got in my car on left, with not one “thank you” from any staff. I am just guessing, but with not bill, I must have been an inconvinience for the staff. If there were another Acura dealer close, I would go there, for the 60K service. As it stands, I am not looking forward to going back to Courtesy. More
