Was standing in there for 5 minutes no one asked if I needed help, was interested in leasing brand new car, dealer was snotty and uninterested, one of worst experiences ever, reminded me of why years ago it was the same reason I bought the GLK opposed to the Q5..

Great Dealership, honest, hard working and attentive. I was introduced to the people in service and was given a card for 12 free car washes after I commented I didnt always have the time to keep the car as clean as it was presented to me. Very helpful with my trade in and took the time to go over the car. Got a follow up phone from salesman to see how everything was and if I had any questions on the car. I would highly recommend the folks at Southampton Audi
