We worked with Anas and Jack. Anas being the salesman. Jack being sales manager. We went in the first day and told them what we were looking for. Our trade was only a year old and Anas being the salesman. Jack being sales manager. We went in the first day and told them what we were looking for. Our trade was only a year old and was paid for. After paying sticker price in January of 2022 due to the market our car was booked at approximately $17,000 less than we paid. I did the research my self before I went shopping and thought it was wrong. Hubler Nissian asked if they call me back next day with an offer because they knew what they could offer then would not be acceptable. Jack called the next day with a very generous offer and we took the deal. We knew we was going to loose money but it wasn't the car we thought. They definitely eased the pain of our mistake. They even dealer traded for the exact car my wife wanted and no charge for going after it and threw in all weather floor mats from Nissian! At delivery Anas went over everything ,bluetoothed our phones. He is very knowledgeable about what he sells. Gave them check for the difference and away we went. If looking for a new Nissian or good used car I would check out Hubler Nissian! More

Nothing but kindness. They went out of there way to help me and ease my anxieties about financing, and did their best to fit my needs on warranties and extended coverage. I did not feel pressured, and they actual found a better rate while I was debating on my descison. They listened and did their best to help, and I did end up walking away with a car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be back for future purchases, and appreciated the respect given. I can not express enough how grateful and wonderful my experience was. If you are in need of a car, I would suggest at least giving them a look! More

The guys at this dealership are amazing! I had a very negative experience that was out of everyone’s control, and the entire Hubler team pulled together to make things happen for me! Nick, t I had a very negative experience that was out of everyone’s control, and the entire Hubler team pulled together to make things happen for me! Nick, the used car manager went above and beyond to get me top dollar for my trade! Jack the new car manager did everything he could to ensure that I didn’t carry any negative equity into this purchase. Jack literally spent hours pulling strings and asking for exceptions to make sure that I was getting the best deal he could offer. Zack, is the store GM, and he called me personally to apologize for my experience and assured me that my business was valued, and that his team would work together to make things right! Lastly, but not least my sales guy Tony called me during and after hours to update me on what was happening and what I could expect. This is my 3rd vehicle 5th vehicle from Hubler the 3rd from this dealership, and this was by far my best experience! My request was sent to the Hubler Nissan in Indianapolis. The manager there did not appreciate me asking questions about why they are price gouging so much. He did not like me asking about their $5,000 requi The manager there did not appreciate me asking questions about why they are price gouging so much. He did not like me asking about their $5,000 required accessories package. Other than gap insurance, this "accessories" package includes things that have never and should never be required in order to buy a car. He said it is just a package that you have to have in order to buy the Pathfinder. Which I know to be untrue. I have purchased 4 other brand new Nissans, and have never had any of these issues before. He justified all of the price gouging and "required" fees due to this car being only 1 of 3 nationwide. Which is also a lie. There were other things as well, all of which I have documented in text. Even though I was only asking clarifying questions based on my previous experiences and knowledge he told me to stop arguing with him, and to not speak to him or his staff again. I then texted back his sales rep to let him know I was sorry but his manager said I was no longer allowed to speak to him anymore. I didn't want to leave the sales guy hanging. I'm not sure I really thought about how he might respond, but I was definitely surprised. He apparently called the manager, agreed with what the manager said to me, mansplained supply and demand so it is okay to take advantage of customers due to the current economic situation, and then asked me about financing. At this point I am just floored by the whole situation. More
