What a Relief After having lunch with several friends, I was advised to look into returning my existing lease early and leasing a new vehicle. I spent an entire Monday afternoon at the original dealer working on numbers to only leave more frustrated after 3 hours. The only thing i could compare that experience to was sitting in the principal's office waiting to find out if you had detention or not. I left and went straight to Richard Lucas. There I was greeted by my salesperson, Jack Mitchell, who took his time showing me different cars and going over the benefits of each. More importantly, he actively listened to my needs and concerns, not once brushing me off. After choosing the right car, I spoke with David Ritter who also spent a great deal of time working on what would be the best deal possible. Needless to say 2 days later we completed the transaction. Not only did they assist in making the process as painless and as seamless as possible, but not once did I feel like I was involved in a "sale". They both gave me great advice and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Chevy to visit them. More

Most comfortable experience buying a car to date. Last month, my wife and I were eager to purchase our very first pick up truck. Even though my current Richard Lucas Chevy lease was not up for another 7 months, the staff at the dealership was completely helpful and got us into a 2018 Chevy Colorado at our monthly target price. Both Jack Mitchell, a sales rep, and Michael Galuppo, a sales manager, were some of the most knolwedgable and courteous cars salesmen my wife and I have ever encountered. Right from the start, they made sure we chose the car that best suited our needs. We must have looked at more than two-thirds of the cars that they had on the lot. Any question we had they were able to instantly provide us with an answer. Both Jack and Michael were extremely professional and helped us tremendously narrow down the truck of our dreams. I would highly recommend these two and any of the staff at Richard Lucas Chevrolet to anyone looking to get behind the wheels of a new or used car! More
