"#Scam# Dealer does not honor listed price my own website"

- Joe C

Pre-own sale manager refused to sell their 2015 Toyoto Highlander at the listed price of $18,912, plus the $1000 allow discounted. Sale Rep confirmed the listed price and scheduled the appointment to shows the car. Sale Rep also called to confimed the appointment an hour early for preparing the car for shows. When arrived at the dealership, long wait before Eward J. can helps and showed me the car. An hour later, only found out the sale manager won't sell me the car at the listed price, nor did he willing to compensate my lost of time. He's explaination is " a mistake" and he does not need to do anything. ..Well, how about fix it. If you make a mistake, "fix it" that's how is should work.#Customer Service# DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

I am shocked and surprised at what determined the warantee company to allow us to drive a vehicle deemed unsafe to drive.

"Used car sale gone horrible a living nightmare!"

- Momofthree

Imagine buying a new used car thinking you went with a big dealer that you could trust. Imagine driving home after Christmas and then imagine the next weeks the whole car is shaking after you take a few spins on the highway. Imagine how disappointed you are after buying the used car that it was in the shop for 20 some odd days... Imagine buying a used car that you intended to drive and then you’re on the phone for hours a day when you have three kids under the age of five... Imagine being on hold and arguing with the dealers and waiting for calls when you could be spending time with your kids... Imagine this used car causing pointless maritial arguments and financial stress and strain... Imagine the trusted dealer you got the car from not trying to hear or help or be more involved with helping when they were the ones who sold a car that was shaking when we drove it longer distances after.... Imagine that ... that’s why I’m writing this. We were looking to purchase a reliable new used vehicle last year in December 2017, and decided to go with Sloane, as this would be our first used car experience. "Do not buy a used car from them"

- DXVince

I bought a used Suburu Outback and the transmission went out within a week. They told me to call Zurich and handle it with them. Zurich wanted to use their transmission and did not get it to the dealership until 2 weeks after. And now they wont cover my rental because it was over 10 days. I am out of a car now for 3 weeks. Sloan said they can't do anything for me. Apparently they will sell you a car with a bad transmission without telling you and said their was no issue with the car.
