To start off describing my experience. Firstly, I drove from Houston and called Jackie 4 hours prior to my arrival and provided him all the details that he requested to process the paparwo Firstly, I drove from Houston and called Jackie 4 hours prior to my arrival and provided him all the details that he requested to process the paparwork. I had requested him that I am with my family so kindly keep everything ready so I do not have to wait long at the dealership. When I was an hour away I called him back and inquired if he received everything and he confirmed received. When arrived at the dealership at 7 PM he said it will take us 30 minutes to complete the transaction and for me to be on my way out. The entire transaction took 4 hours and I left around 11pm. Secondly, while I was in the finance office in my absence he disrespected my wife and called her Impatient and hyper active. When I confronted him He later apologized. Thirdly, He had send me a video of the truck that had 8 miles on it but upon delivery it had 106 miles on it. When I brought up to him he was speechless and did not have any explanation nor offered any compensation. It was to late my family was tired and hungry I transferred them into the new truck and left. I was told by one of the guys who helped me with the plates to contact GM Melo. I left Melo voicemail but did not hear back from him yet. More
