Great service. Earned customer. My car had been totaled unexpectedly, of course, so dealing with insurance and purchasing a new car was a nightmare. The staff at Elk Grove Mazda were extremely considerate of my situation and were not aggressive like other salesman I had worked with. Jaik, particularly was so patient with me after changing my mind numerous times of which car I would purchase. He even worked with his manager to ensure that they'd match or beat any deal I found. Mazda of Elk Grove, provided excellent service and beat all of the prices I was seeing at other dealerships. The service alone won me over and will probably get me back there for my next vehicle. More

Easy and no pressure sales experience Car shopping has changed and the internet has a lot to do with it. However, it still comes down to making a good connection with your sales person and Car shopping has changed and the internet has a lot to do with it. He also stayed late (when I showed up late in the evening) and still remained upbeat to make sure I got the rundown of the car I purchased at Mazda Elk Grove.
