Terrible Employee, Terrible Customer Service I would give ZERO stars if it were possible! I am very disappointed in the way we were treated by this facility. After speaking with "Jamie" by phone I would give ZERO stars if it were possible! I am very disappointed in the way we were treated by this facility. After speaking with "Jamie" by phone for two (2) days about one (1) specific vehicle, we made the two (2) hour drive from Nashville with intentions of purchasing said vehicle. I will not go into great detail but the employees that we encountered were incompetent, extremely rude, they do NOT communicate internally, they tried to get us to pay a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which is ILLEGAL! They absolutely refused to help me, I am a single mother that drove over 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. I came armed with pre-approval financing, it was a done deal. MORE LIES FROM THIS COMPANY - Jaime did NOT call us on our trip down to say that anyone was looking at the vehicle. We were told by phone that the deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE by Jessica, that is when we said, we would take our chance because who would be stupid enough to throw $500 out the window? No one in their right mind! Once we arrived at the facility, the gentleman that came outside again concurred that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE because as your company sees it, "you aren't going to miss out on 2 sales!" Direct quote from YOUR EMPLOYEE. RODNEY misrepresented himself as a MANAGER, when it is clear on this website he is only in SALES. Keep lying but I know the truth in my situation and everyone that comes into contact with you should be very aware of it. It is also VERY strange that only positive reviews show up, as my NEGATIVE review is not. So, it is apparent that you have many more negative reviews that you all choose to keep to yourself. Convenient. Liars and Snakes. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I will tell everyone about my NEGATIVE experience with this company. RODNEY doesn't even appear to be a manager. He is RUDE, a snake and pure xxxx. The general manager should be ashamed to have someone like him working for them. DO NOT SHOP THIS BUSINESS! YOU WILL REGRET IT! More

Honda Engine/electrical problems on Interstate 75 North We were traveling north on Interstate 75 when our engine light came on and the engine cut off. I was able to get off at the next exit, 20. I saw a sign for the Ford Dealer 1 mile away and turned right on highway 74 looking for the Ford Dealership. We went 1 mile and took the 1st exit on to Highway 64 and there was Honda of Cleveland. We found Honda of Cleveland by pure chance. We arrived at 6:15pm and Shaine Hamby met us and explained that the service center was closed but they would look at our car first thing in the morning to determine what the problem was. Shaine, Robert Lawson and Jaime Burns helped us locate a Holiday Inn and call a cab. Within 30 minutes our car was safe and my wife Morrell and I were on our way to the hotel. At 7:30 am Mark Duncan called to say they would check out the car and call as soon as they knew what the problem was and they would send Martha Malinowski to pick us up at our hotel. Martha picked us up at 10:00am and returned us to Honda of Cleveland. While we waited for the completion of the repair work we met Jerry Anderson and he provided us with information of new Hondas as we are now in the market to place our 2005 Acord. He explained the current sales programs and features of the new Hondas. Jerry was through, helpful and most knowledgeable. Mark and his team, Roger Russel and William Oltz were just finishing up the replacement of the Solenoid that was the problem. The car was repaired and we thanked everyone and got back on Interstate 75. We were so lucky to have found Honda of Cleveland. Mark Duncan called about 20 minutes later to see if everything was working - which it was. The expertise, service and hospitality was outstanding. Two total strangers - my wife and I - with an emergency Honda automobile problem on Interstate 75 ended up by pure chance at Honda of Cleveland and received the welcome, hospitality and service of a long time customer. I have never had better service addressing an auto issue - ever!! When we arrived at our destination - Alexandria, VA that evening we called Mark to let him know that we had completed our trip safely. We wish we lived in Cleveland, TN and could have our car serviced at Honda of Cleveland all the time. More

Purchased the brand new 2017 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback. My sales representative was Jerry Anderson. My first visit was on Saturday 10/2/2016 when after 11 years since I bought my 2005 Honda Civic Ex there, My sales representative was Jerry Anderson. My first visit was on Saturday 10/2/2016 when after 11 years since I bought my 2005 Honda Civic Ex there, I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new car. He was very informative about the car I was interested in. He even did a follow up call 3 days later on his day off to ask if I was still interested in the car we discussed on Saturday. All the staff were very friendly. I returned today on 10/5/2016. Jerry did everything he could to make the deal work at a price and payment I felt I was comfortable with. He gave me an informative tour of features of my new car. I met with the financial agent and signed paperwork. I left there a couple hours later 2 cars traded in and drove my New 2017 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback Color Aegean Blue, home. I am a very happy customer. More

Dreading the several days that I expected it to take to select and bargain for a new vehicle, my head was left spinning when I visited Honda of Cleveland on a Friday afternoon and drove away with a new 2016 Pilot on Saturday afternoon. With God in control and the kind assistance of Rodney Bethune, Andre Dolberry, and Mike Hamby, the experience couldn't have been less stressful. My anxiety turned to ecstasy as I drove away in a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot until Saturday afternoon. As I looked into my rear view mirror while driving away, I said to myself, "I can't believe I just bought a new vehicle in less than 24 hours for the first time ever!" The down side - Rodney, Andre, and Mike had to deal with a person that even I didn't recognize after all the caffeine that I had consumed needlessly in preparing for the "journey". Excellent ++++++++++++ Buying Experience I drove over 400 miles to purchase my new Honda Civic EX from Honda of Cleveland. Honda of Cleveland had the car I wanted on their lot at a price whic I drove over 400 miles to purchase my new Honda Civic EX from Honda of Cleveland. Honda of Cleveland had the car I wanted on their lot at a price which beat all other dealerships I had contacted previously. John Davis gave us a great price. Joey Dawson physically went on the lot to double-check the interior color of the car. Jonathan Clower greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and stayed after-hours until after my purchase was completed. He told me about the vehicle I was buying, accompanied me on a test-drive, was with me throughout my purchasing experience at Cleveland of Honda, and has since followed-up via e-mail and a phone call to make sure everything is OK. Brandon Brookshire stayed after hours and guided me through the actual closing of the sale. The whole experience was more than excellent and more than exceptional, and all the guys were great. I highly recommend Honda of Cleveland TN to anyone who purchases a Honda vehicle now or in the future. More
