Glad I came here first! I feel like this was the smoothest experience I could have had in financing my first (preowned) car. Kellie was amazingly helpful and supportive, and I feel like this was the smoothest experience I could have had in financing my first (preowned) car. Kellie was amazingly helpful and supportive, and she went above and beyond in getting me the deal I was looking for, as well as navigating me through purchasing insurance with another company, which was honestly the most difficult part. I came in for a test drive not really expecting such down to earth customer service, but Kellie made the process so, so easy, and yet I never felt like I was being manipulated or deceived. Instead, I felt like Kellie and the rest of her team genuinely cared about meeting all of my needs, laying out every single detail, and making sure that I drove away 100% comfortable in my decision. When it came to signing the contract, Gil laid everything out so clearly and patiently that I could tell this dealership puts a lot of emphasis on ensuring that customers aren't treated just like people who come to buy their product, but instead almost like family. I will be recommending Kellie and Mazda of Palm Beach to anyone in the market for a vehicle. THANK YOU!! More

Friendly, Honest and Genuine Kellie was awesome! I leased a beautiful new 2018 CX-5 from her at Mazda of Palm Beach today. This was my first car-buying experience so needless to s Kellie was awesome! I leased a beautiful new 2018 CX-5 from her at Mazda of Palm Beach today. This was my first car-buying experience so needless to say I was equal parts nervous and excited. Kellie patiently answered my numerous questions and guided me through the entire experience without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her and the finance team implemented every available incentive and worked their magic until we came to a deal I was happy with. Buying a car from Kellie was like buying from a friend. Gil in finance was also very helpful and patiently made sure I understood and was comfortable with my financing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Mazda. More

Out of State Customer Made Happy I had a great experience. I was trying to make a deal from out-of-state. I called another dealership and wasn't taken seriously. But when I spoke with I had a great experience. I was trying to make a deal from out-of-state. I called another dealership and wasn't taken seriously. But when I spoke with JD, he made sure I was taken care of. He even came in on his day off to finalize the deal with me. Not to mention, it's a beautiful car at a good price. There's a small plastic clip that needs to be replaced on the car... And they're ordering the part for me and will get it to me ASAP. I know they'll do me right because they've lived up to their word, so far. I would gladly recommend Mazda of Palm Peach to anyone. did an amazing job of making it work on my schedule More

Poor Customer servive and no intent to help a customer I would not recommend this dealer ever. I love the cars of Mazda on sept I went to mazda in palm beach county. I was happy to get a car which was a ch I would not recommend this dealer ever. I love the cars of Mazda on sept I went to mazda in palm beach county. I was happy to get a car which was a chevy don't like chevy's. I received my car and drove it for a week when the car started to stop when I tried to do reverse or when stopped at a light and tried drive it really stopped for a couple seconds. Which was not good when you are trying to drive and you have cars behind you that don't know that the car is stopping by itself. I took it back to mazda which they kept the car for almost a month. I was told that it was the transmission. What happened was that mazda did not do the inspection before selling it to me. I was called to be pick up the car that it was running good. I went on Friday 11/02/18 to pick the car up. I went out on Sat and was returning through the turn pike around 3:00 pm when the car stopped automatically with no indication that it was going to stop. I got really scared because I thought why can't I continue driving. The steering wheel became hard the breaks and accelerator also became hard cars where behind me. I was scared to get hit. I saw that I was going to get hit badly. But thank God a car that was behind me stopped and waited and then left but never hit me. I had to go on the side of the road of the turn pike. I waited and hour before trying to start it again and it let me drive it back to Mazda and they lend me a lonner. I am so terrified of that car. They had that car damage in the lot and never did the inspection because that would have told them the car was no good. I went back to mazda on Thursday spoke to Crystal who informed me that I was going to get the car appraised to get another car as I was scared and did not want that car anymore. I am not trying to put my life on the line for a car. My life is worth more. I went to see the sales manager James explained to him how I was already in two hit and run accidents I saw myself getting into another accident and not able to control the car. He informed me that he did not know who told me that I could change the car when I have to finish paying for the car before I can get another car. Again I tried to inform him of the situation of being so scared of being in an accident as the car continues to be no good. He tells me to call the next day the service advisor and tell them to do a better job at fixing the car. I can not believe that he had no compassion what so ever. I was so appalled that he did not consider even the thought to help me. I can't believe it. I informed him that yes they can eventually find the problem but then the car is going to have another issue. He doesn't even care that it is costing mazda a lot of money to be fixing that car. Very sad that the place I considered to get a car from has not helped me at all. What kind of customer service is that?? My name Cecilia Nunez More

I was so impressed when I came in to purchase my CX-5 my salesperson was friendly and kind. The sales manager James went above the call of duty by immediately introducing himself and explaining the process in detail. When it was time for finance the first finance rep was not able to complete the paperwork. Without hesitation James Beal rose to the occasion and helped us complete the finance paperwork. This really helped cut our wait time and made us feel more comfortable. James thouroughly explained everything. I will definitely go back to Mazda of Palm Beach and ask for James Beal ! More
