I worked with James Brandon on purchasing a CRV Sport L and he was a pleasure to work with. Just from talking over the phone, I knew that I wanted to give him and Heritage Honda Parkville my business. Afte and he was a pleasure to work with. After setting my appointment to come to the dealership I received a call from Oliver, one of the managers, and he made me feel valued as a potential customer and made me feel they really wanted to earn my business. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, overall deal for OTD price was great and I am so happy with my purchase. I also can really appreciate how quickly James and Dezmon in financing worked to get me in and out. I arrived at 4 and I was finished in financing around 6. I live almost an hour away and I am glad that I purchased my vehicle with James and will definitely purchase a vehicle from him again and would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to contact James Brandon. More

A 12-month warranty was added to my financing without my knowledge. I was asked to sign for items I did not receive such as an owner's manual. I was told my tags could not be mailed to me. I live an hour knowledge. I was asked to sign for items I did not receive such as an owner's manual. I was told my tags could not be mailed to me. I live an hour from the dealership. I was told my vehicle had an oil change before buying it, and I had only traveled a couple of hundred miles when my oil maintenance light came on. I called, I texted, I emailed and it took a call to management and several weeks to finally get everything worked out. I was told they don't care about used cars as much as selling new cars because that is where they make their money. Used cars are counted as cars sold by a salesperson. I will never recommend this dealership and the reason I went is because of the many great reviews. More

I've purchased a lot of cars over the past 16 years and I understand the tactics sales consultants and dealers use. James and I communicated via phone/email for a week as I shopped other dealers. Local Honda dealers OTD price was substantially higher than Heritage. I got an approval through Honda Financial and went in. After some negotiating with Mitch and Brandon, we sealed the deal. I settled for an in stock 2022 Pilot Touring instead of the SE. At the time, I wasn't interested in trading in my 2018 Toyota, but returned a few days later and sold it. Over the last 21 months, I have purchased/leased 2 vehicles and sold 2 vehicles to Heritage Honda. Mitch, Jamie, Justin and James are all personable and I will continue to purchase from Heritage Honda Parkville. More
