Joshua responded to an online inquiry I made through the website, informed me of the steps, and pretty much held my hand through every step of the way until completion. Even over a week away from the vehicle arriving at the dealership, we had correspondence pretty much everyday with my random questions, or his nice updates. After completing the vehicle sale, Joshua even allowed me to come back to the dealership and fix a small issue immediately and informed me that I can text him anytime with any issues to get figured out. I did not feel intimidated at all, and I feel comfortable with my new ride. I highly recommend Joshua as a salesman, and Toyota as a company in general. The whole dealership seemed to be on the same wavelength. More

With the help of Rick Summerfield and Jimmy Conway, I was able to not just find a vehicle that I loved, but they made the entire process seamless and smooth for us. I went with the intention to just look but ended up leaving with a new car just 2 hours later. Car shopping can be an intimidating experience but I never felt pushed or persuaded into anything I didn't want. I have been Looking for a vehicle the past six months without success. I finally located the vehicle that I was interested in at Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkland Missouri. I sent a message to the dealership a without success. I finally located the vehicle that I was interested in at Lou Fusz Toyota in Kirkland Missouri. I sent a message to the dealership and I was immediately contacted by Rick Summerfield. I told Rick about my trade-in and what I would need to make everything work. Rick said he would get back to me and within an hour, he contacted me and said he thought he could make it work. Of course, I was skeptical dealing with a dealership that was three hours away. I thought I would give it a shot and my wife and I drove three hours to Missouri. As soon as we met Rick I knew we were in good hand. Rick was professional and he honored the estimate on our trade in. We we couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service and professionalism from everyone involved.
