I was totally taken advantage of. They saw the gray hair an I bought a car from this dealership during the transfer of ownership. I have dealt with Patsy Lou in the past. Great service. This new owner totally took advantage of this gray haired lady. Overcharged me $5,000 on a used car. They said it had cruise control, satellite radio etc. It has none of them. They said it was a non smoking car....it is not. I am guilty only of trusting too much in people. I will never buy or refer anyone to purchase new or used from this dealership.
