James has been with both RBM of Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz for 7 years. Mercedes-Benz Master Certified in Service. James is married to Christy and they just had a little girl on August 26th, Caitlynn Lane. They live in Dallas. GA along with their 2 dogs, Maddi and Molly a Siberian husky and a German shepherd, and 2 cats, George and Peaches. James was born in New Jersey but only lived there for the first 6 months of his life. His father was in the military so they moved a lot, up and down the east coast as well as living in Germany for 4 years. He really enjoys just about any type of vehicle, especially the classics, particularly vintage Mercedes and Volkswagen.

I have been coming to RBM and have had the pleasure of having Mr. Roberts be my service rep for several years. Each time, I am amazed at the level of service provided, from the moment I call to schedule an appointment to the time I pick up my car. Just to give an example, this week, when I brought my car in for scheduled service, I knew they opened at 7:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:15 a.m. and was not only checked in, had my loaner car, but was on my way to work by 7:35 a.m.! Now, That's service. As a woman, I find Mr. Roberts' explanations of my car's condition informative and helpful. He looks for ways to improve my car's safety and efficiency, as well as save me money. Several months ago my wife bought herself a 2010 Mercedes ML350 (that just came off lease back to the dealer) to replace her old 2005 ML350 which has 138,000 miles on it. We opted to keep the 2005ML for me ML350 (that just came off lease back to the dealer) to replace her old 2005 ML350 which has 138,000 miles on it. We opted to keep the 2005ML for me rather than trade it and do some restoration work on it to get it running and looking good. My wife is a real estate agent and travels l kinds of roads in and around the Atlanta area with clients. The wear and tear on this car in certain areas was pretty brutal inside and out. I set up a meeting with James Roberts, RBM service advisor, to lay out a plan to get the 2005 ML up to date mechanically and the steps that could be ATTEMPTED to get the exterior paint to accept a polish and get the left read door back pounded back to meet the door frame! James provided me with an estimate of the cost to bring the car up to a level that he thought I would accept. In addition, James made a recommendation to me to buy lambs wool seal covers for the front bucket seats to match the interior colors which would make the ride more comfortable and be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter as the car does not have heated seats. I left with a loaner car with James promising to stay in touch with me on any issues. In two days James called to tell me my "new" car was ready. I arrived at the dealer and was met by James and we went to his office to cover the work that was performed. James advised that they had tried their best on the paint on the hood but could not quite get all of the discoloring out around the sides and the side door was as flush as he wanted it but it was the best they could do. We went out to see the car and I could not believe my eyes as the car looked brand new inside and out!!!! As soon as I recovered we went back inside to pay the bill which ended up being only $1860.00 thanks to a 10% discount on all service work performed in May! Needless to say I am a very happy client and James Roberts is one of the best service advisors at RBM!!!! Quality work performed by professional people who clearly know their business. Thanks James! The experience with RBM of Atlanta was a all round magnificent experience. I first had experience with the service team through my advisor James and then with Andrew when my wife decided to change her magnificent experience. I first had experience with the service team through my advisor James and then with Andrew when my wife decided to change her car and get a Mercedes because of a servicing experience she had with another car maker. She saw the huge gap in service between the two companies and decided to get a Mercedes as I already had one. Andrew was professional and worked with every request we had to see how close he could get us to our goal... Happy to say we are the proud to possess two Mercedes. excellent service! I had to get my transmission fluid flushed/changed. car was ready by the time they promised (actually a bit earlier). My ratings are high because of the outstanding service I recieved from RBM of Atlanta yet again. I've taken my car to this location four times over the past 10 months. I initially met Pat who works in the s recieved from RBM of Atlanta yet again. I've taken my car to this location four times over the past 10 months. I initially met Pat who works in the service department. I believe he has a management position, however he has always taken time out of his busy schedule to answer and/or return my phone calls. Pat manages to put me in contact with great people such as James. James took the time to search for the best possible options for my car's needs. My wife actually dropped the car off and was promptly provided a loaner car as always. James later called me with an update and in the end returned the car before the time had initially told me it would be ready. The car looked great and rides smoother than it did when we first purchased it. I was give a great price on tires and surprisingly to me, this location had the ability to refinish the rims on my car and they look great. I am a very please customer of RBM of Atlanta located in the beautiful Sandy Springs. Many thanks to James and pat. See you guys next time. More
