Jimmy V, is the Salesman to see if you find yourself in need of a car. I recently purchased a RAV4. Jimmy V, has shown me to be a man of his word. He listens and delivers on his promises. In today’s world, many times you find that individuals who work in customer service have forgotten what the word means. Jimmy V, was quite the opposite. (I speak from experience of having worked in Customer Service for over 40 years) so I do know what it should look like and what a customer expects. Jimmy V, is refreshing to work with, upbeat, cordial, respectful, caring, listens and delivers on his promises. His aim to please to the best of his ability. He hit the mark. 🎯 Jimmy V, continue to show your strengths of offering outstanding customer service, your professionalism and follow-through is to be admired and is greatly appreciated.
