"Great experience "
I called the dealership five minutes before they closed on Thursday night and Jamie took my call. He stayed late on the phone to look at a couple of vehicles online with me and to discuss a visit with him over the weekend. I was at the dealership (drove from Nashville) when the doors opened on Saturday, Jamie came right out and we started looking at the two SUV's I was interested in. After test driving both, we went inside and discussed options. After a little negotiating, we settled on a price that worked for both of us. Jamie was very personable through the entire experience. I even thanked him for his part in making the experience a good one for me. I'm not one that does well with strong personalities, so I'm grateful that I had someone that was so easy to get along with. I would certainly recommend Jaime and Newton Nissan South to others. "Ask up front about your used car "

Over all it was a good experience but I did hit a few snags along the way . The day I test drive the car the passenger window wouldn’t roll up , the salesman said it was a runner piece stopping it . I bought the car on the premise they were going to look at it , they didn’t . The day I got the car the check engine light came on , ugh . Took it back and it was a cam sensor and thankfully they fixed it , but reminded me it was sold as is . Then they checked the window , it’s the refularator not the trims and 350.00 if I wanted then to fix it , Yes I should have check the car better and demanded they fix the window before I purchased it , so guess that’s on me , but when they said they checked it out in the shop and everything was good to go , I trusted it was . So I’m not 100% satisfied with the purchase . Unfortunately I will not shop this dealer again due to the fact I wasn’t informed upfront about the car .
