I have worked for Toyota of Bourbonnais for nearly 35 years! I love Toyota! I love the Toyota brand and believe in their product. Toyota makes great vehicles. Toyota is reliable and they are fun to drive! I do have a sense of my community. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1988 and have lived here since then. I am active with the local Animal Rescues and have had a few foster failures myself. The key to my success is that I am sincere and genuine. This is my 8th car that I have leased through Janelle. She’s the best in the business. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, especially now in the midst of this pandemic. She made me feel safe. Our family has bought 6 cars over the last several years from David Bruce, specifically from the incredible salesperson Janelle Hindmand. We never feel pressured and always get a better price and service h from David Bruce, specifically from the incredible salesperson Janelle Hindmand. We never feel pressured and always get a better price and service here than any other dealership. Janelle is knowledgable, kind, and she listens which allows her to understand our various needs. And every staff member at this dealership remembers me, greeting me (and my dog) by name and welcoming me into their business. Covid-19 has brought challenges to shopping for a car but Janelle made this process a comfortable and safe one. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car and I love my new (and my third) Toyota Highlander. More

On my last two purchases, Janelle was able to take care of all the sale details by te not to mention those that other family members have purchased.
