Great experience for 23 years We've been part of the Westbury Jeep family for 23 years now, and there are good reasons for that. From the moment we walk into the showroom, we ar We've been part of the Westbury Jeep family for 23 years now, and there are good reasons for that. From the moment we walk into the showroom, we are treated with respect. Whether it's when working with a salesman (just recently Kazi) or with Keith Donnelly the general manager, someone who we can't say enough good things about, we know we are walking out with a fair deal. Likewise, when we use the Service Dept., it has also been great. Tim the manager, along with Janine and Linda, make us feel like we are the only customers in there, even when it's very busy. The late night service hours are a great plus since I can never afford the time to service my car during the daytime. When needed, the loaner car service they offer is also very helpful. If you are interested in getting a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge, I would happily recommend them to be your dealer of choice. Ross and Debbie B. More

That's not the case here at the service dept of Wedtbury Dodge !! Every visit here I'm made to feel welcome like an old friend wether I'm coming in for an expensive repair or just an oil change. They keep my 09 Charger with 130k miles purring like a kitten and I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else More

Her warm personality makes the experience pleasant, but her knowledge and honesty make all the difference. Any recommendations she makes are for my benefit, not the dealership's. There is never just one option. She and her partner Kenny know their customers well and it is a reassuring feeling to be greeted at the door by name. I can say that the service experience I have is what keeps me loyal to them and to Westbury Jeep. More
