I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantas Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me. I have bought dozens of cars in my life and this was the best experience I can remember. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

I really did not work with Jennifer. I ordered my car with Ruth Ham 10/12/24. Ruth would call sporadically about other Rx 350H that became available. I waited until my choice came in and picked up my vehicle 1/31/23. Ruth had moved to another position but was there when I got my car. I am so glad I waited for the vehicle I wanted. I had ordered all weather mats when I ordered the car. I reminded several individuals about the mats but still they were not available at the time I picked up the car. They were ordered and arrived within a week. This is not my first Lexus purchased at Akron Canton Lexus. Both my husband and I have been satisfied with the service we have received over the years. One recommendation would be to fix the car wash as it is always broken. In fact, I was going to bring my car in for a car wash February 19 but it was not functioning. More
