Everyone at Malouf was great. I walked in and Mr. Malouf came right up to me and immediately put me in contact with the sales rep that I spoke to over the phone. Jim Lennon helped me from there; very friendly and courteous. He was able to answer all of my questions. He also kept it real and did not add pressure or stress to the experience. I feel like I got a fair deal and had a very pleasant buy experience. I will definitely visit them again the next time I am buying an automobile.

I was looking to purchase a Ford Fusion.
I went onto Malouf's website and inquired whether the internet price included all the stated rebates, etc.
Ms. Jacinda Dos Santos replied, detailing the rebates that were included in the Malouf Pricing of the Fusion.
I was then able to calculate additional incentives and rebates that were not included and went to visit Malouf's Ford sales office on Labor Day.
Ms.Dos Santos referred me to Mr. Luigi Giacalone.
After letting Mr. Giacalone know that I had selected the vehicle that I wanted to purchase from their website and all I needed to do was to get a price that would work, according to the incentives and rebates I had calculated.
Mr. Giacalone went and spoke with his manager (who, as it turns out is Mr. Don Brown) and returned letting me know that his offer was better than my number by $50 or $100.
Having visited or spoken with approximately six other dealerships, this was the first time that an sales offer was below what I had requested. (The usual case was that dealers were demanding thousands more than I had requested, and their demand was somehow greater than their internet site offer or what was originally stated.)
Mr. Don Brown is the manager that I worked with and ultimately he confirmed the sales numbers and finalized all of the financial aspects of this transaction.
Let me say, it was pretty.
