Communication from the service department is atrocious. Over the years I’ve had three recalls on two of my Lincoln navigators that required me to return them to the service department. Each and every time Over the years I’ve had three recalls on two of my Lincoln navigators that required me to return them to the service department. Each and every time communication was nonexistent. This past Wednesday, August 10, 2022 my car was picked up for a recall. I was told the task would take about an hour and my car would be returned on Thursday. All day Thursday went by with no communication from the service department. I called Friday morning August 12, 2022 at 9:30 and talk to James who told me as we speak my car is being worked on. I told him how disappointed I was with the lack of communication from the previous day. Created a scenario that perhaps I was going on vacation the following day and needed my vehicle. Obviously nobody cared. More

Although I leased my Lincoln from another dealer, i made an appt at Herb Chambers Norwood for service, couldn’t have been happier with my experience!! Jason was very accommodating even though it was obvious an appt at Herb Chambers Norwood for service, couldn’t have been happier with my experience!! Jason was very accommodating even though it was obvious they were very busy and understaffed. They diagnosed the problem in less than 2 hours and needed to order a part. I went back a few days later, my car was in and out in under 3 hours! I know where I’ll be going for my next lease, back to HC Norwood!! Thanks Jason for making my dreaded trip for service an easy and pleasant one, well done! Joni B More

The service manager & his staff were so helpful & professional in answering my questions & responding to additional requests for help even after I left the dealership.
