This is part of the response to my comment-"Hello, our goal is to exceed all expectations and I hope with some clarity we can exceed your expectations as well." Sincerely, Jason Banister" Before arriving I sent messages to speak, so.we may clear the air of any ignorance of the law. As a Fiduciary, I expected the temperament to listen gain comprehension so I the beneficiary in the transaction am.not.harmed. (Insert previous quote, from review.) After three emails the only reply-"Unless you are financing with us, all we need is certified funds for the total amount due. Thanks, Jason" Yenchi v. Ameriprise Fin., Inc., 161 A.3d 811, 819–20 (Pa. 2017) (“A fiduciary duty is the highest duty implied by law. A fiduciary duty requires a party to act with the utmost good faith in furthering and advancing the other person’s interests, including a duty to disclose all relevant information.” (first citing Miller v. Keystone Ins. Co., 636 A.2d 1109, 1116 (Pa. 1994) (Cappy, J., dissenting). The willingness to disobey F.T.C. regulations that govern the consumer transaction, has caused me a great deal of delay injury and harm. Failed my expectations. Threatening to call the police due to the lack of loyalty, Care, due diligence, honesty, do a good job, utmost good faith and fair dealings to me. -Failed my expectations- As the grantor-beneficiary of the Fiduciary relationship; one being prudent and applying principles to avoid imprepiorty, conflict of interest, to comprehend, express & uphold the exactness of fiduciary obligations and duty. -Failed my expectations- 18 U.S. Code § 914 - Creditors of the United States: Whoever falsely personates any true and lawful holder of any share or sum in the public stocks or debt of the United States, or any person entitled to any annuity, dividend, pension, wages, or other debt due from the United States, and, under color of such false personation, transfers or endeavors to transfer such public stock or any part thereof, or receives or endeavors to receive the money of such true and lawful holder thereof, or the money of any person really entitled to receive such annuity, dividend, pension, wages, or other debt, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. I endorsed the purchase order waiting for the MCO so I may handle my securities with the United States Treasury. The efforts made to keep the original document I Signed, being told that if I have a order I have a order. No care. Failed to expectations. The Fiduciary knowing and unknowingly could engage in creating a Breach of his or her duty. The United States codes provides remedy for the breach of Fiduciary, along with protections for the grantor/creditor-benefivary/consumer from any and all false fraudulent practices including but not limited too: Securities Fraud, Anti-Trust, Unfair deceptive acts. In Conclusion, to remedy the harm caused by the Breach: 1. Prepare vehicle for pickup with all warranties, add ons and benefits, I the Bona Fide Purchaser Ultimate Beneficiary am entitled to. 2. Provide Manufacturer Certificate of Origin. 3. Any and all Insurances 4. Any and all proceeds, wages, revenues etc., associated with the Purchase Order Signed and Delivered. /s/Todd Hunter American Indian: Ultimate Grantor Beneficiary More
