I purchased a six year old car. I really like this car and the sales person was most helpful. I did have an issue with whatever was used on the windows and called the Kia dealership. I was quite surprised and the sales person was most helpful. I did have an issue with whatever was used on the windows and called the Kia dealership. I was quite surprised to get such a positive response for a small problem. Today I brought my car back, was well received, my windows and other detailing was completed to my satisfaction. Also, I only was given one key. Coastal Kia went out of their way to make sure another another key was made for me. I would highly recommend Coastal Kia for the best best service I have ever received More

I told my salesperson that I wanted a white 2022 Kia Rio with the tech package. He told me that they only had them in black but if I would consider compromising color with incentives, he’d get me hooked up. with the tech package. Instead of a 2022, I was sold a 2021 which I didn’t learn until I called to get insurance on the vehicle. Additionally, I expressed time and again that I was limited on time because I had a noon appointment and I had to leave at 11:30. Both my sales person and the underwriter putzed around rather than expediting my paperwork to assure a timely departure. As my time to leave drew near, I said I’d come back to complete the paperwork. They refused to let me go. All of a sudden they were ready to move forward stating “it’ll only take a few minutes.” A “few” minutes turned into almost an hour which -yes- made me late to an appointment I scheduled that they were made aware of early on. And finally, when I sat down to sign the paperwork, I asked what the interest rate was…. 7% Are you kidding me? I can get 4.25% with my Credit Union! At that point, I stood up to walk out. The loan officer or underwriter says, Oh, “lemme check what Excite CU said. OH! 4.25%!” I should have continued out the door. ….. Remember that “incentive” the sales rep offered? $500 😢 Again, I should have just walked out. Did I get MSRP as stated on the sticker? No. Up-charged over $3000 … my incentive was rendered useless. Did I get what I wanted? No. I feel I was bullied into buying. Did I get treated respectfully? No. I should have been sold what I wanted within a reasonable price and the lowest interest rate. More
