Exactly what I needed I had a small issue--but one that needed immediate attention and Jason was extremely helpful in getting me in and out quickly. Excellent as always! I've lost count of how many Hondas I've and how many dealerships I've visited, but these guys are great. Fast, Professional, Thorough & Friendly Service! Jason Fry, Service Technician, was able to schedule our Pilot for a repair while the dealership was booked out for a few weeks. His technician quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the part after received from the warehouse and recalibrated the system...all within two days! Everyone in t specifically, Jason Fry. I purchased a new Honda CRV in 2015 and have had all of my service work performed at Honda of Tiffany Springs. Everyone in the service dept. has been top notch, but Jason has always been my “go to” guy. He is friendly, welcoming, and keeps me informed about every detail as it relates to service needs for my vehicle. I always ask for Jason on my service visits knowing that my CRV is in good hands, and that the customer is his #1 priority. More
