Snake like tactics take place with financing here. Agreed upon price during sale was not what the paperwork showed, they basically tried to add expenses to the bill of sale while reducing the down payment in upon price during sale was not what the paperwork showed, they basically tried to add expenses to the bill of sale while reducing the down payment in order to make the financing price higher. They also would not allow me to put down 50% of the purchase price. I had to return at a later date and fight for what I was overcharged for, about $550. They also require that you purchase GAP insurance which is bs. I was told that once the loan is paid off, the amount of GAP insurance that you did not use will be refunded to you (it is prorated over the course of the loan, by month). I refinanced my vehicle 2 months after purchase due to the horrible interest rate I was given at North Shore Honda as they require you to finance with them. I have since tried to contact my sales person, Rich the finance manager and the sales manager Jason Godsmark with 0 response. They have completely ignored my request for refund based on what was agreed upon during the sale. I purchased a used vehicle and less than 3 months after purchase I had to have two large repairs, one of which was covered by the warranty but another which was not, resulting in a $1000 bill. Do you research before purchasing a vehicle here and make sure you look over every amount and item in the bill of sale as you will have very little luck reaching anyone after the sale. More

Purchase at Northshore Honda We are repeat customers with North Shore Honda. Jack Walsh has been our salesman for years and will continue to be our salesman as long as he is with We are repeat customers with North Shore Honda. Jack Walsh has been our salesman for years and will continue to be our salesman as long as he is with North Shore Honda. With the Corona Virus it made this car leasing experience very unique. We did not deal directly with Jack but the sales manager Jay. Jay took up right were Jack left off in making this a extremely easy and seamless experience. Jay was absolutely fantastic, I would recommend him and North Shore Honda to everyone I know. I did miss dealing with Jack Walsh though, but understand his absence due to the limitations on the dealership due to the Corona Virus. However, Jay was tremendous to deal with as well, especially how quickly he turned everything around in the midst of a pandemic. More

My wife and ai felt at ease and our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. We live 9 miles away from North Shore Honda, but only 1 mile away from another Honda dealership. The staff at North Shore Honda was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. My family purchase a CRV from North Shore Honda and now the Pilot. Worst Experience Buying Anything Ever. Don't Go Here This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I originally went in over a week ago and we negotiated a price that was acceptable to all p This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I originally went in over a week ago and we negotiated a price that was acceptable to all parties assuming I finance the car through Honda at 2.9% interest (I wanted to pay cash). Through the course of the week there were new fees added on and the financing could no longer go through Honda because the dealership does not receive incentives. The new interest rate was 5.9% through a bank. I did not agree with that and eventually the sales manager Jay told me he would subtract the cost of the interest from the cash I would owe to pick up the car. He was not going to subtract it from the price of the car as that would lower the amount I would have to finance and therefore lower the incentive. This is beyond illegal and a clear example of rebating. When I went to the dealership to pick the car up hoping I could have him subtract it from the price of the car he added new fees to the car (I was already paying about $600 in fees for registration, inspection, dealer fees etc.) I would never buy a car there as long as I live and I recommend that nobody else does either as this is a shady establishment. More

The last time, at the request of the service department, I planned on getting a loaner so they would have plenty of time to look at it. The intake person simply blew me off. Before I could even finish my sentence he told me "you have to use a real Apple cable". When I picked up the car, they just outright lied to me about "increasing the signal strength". I don't know who they thought they were dealing with, but I know B*LLSH*T when I hear it. Heaven help anyone who has a serious problem with their car. More

The games of north shore Honda My sales rep Derek was incredible, super friendly and helpful with info on the car and gave me great tips for driving manual transmission.
