I had been without a car for almost 3 months, Platinum Collisions...do not go there!!! After they had it, for just hail damage repairs, it had to be sent to Honda for electrical issues. LACK of communicat Collisions...do not go there!!! After they had it, for just hail damage repairs, it had to be sent to Honda for electrical issues. LACK of communication caused my husband to search and locate my car at Honda. Once we found out they had it, they did their best to help. Found out my car is more trouble than we needed, had enough with Platinum. Jim in service reached out to James is sales, who then reached out to Darlene. They let us test drive a potential new car, it was my 2nd choice. Sadly I had to give it up, way out of price range, but got a great deal on my 1st choice. We couldn't have asked for a better dealership. More

I had a concern about a recent service visit on my Honda and I asked to speak directly to Jason Greathouse, the Service Manager. Jason listened attentively to my concern, gave me 100% of his attention and and I asked to speak directly to Jason Greathouse, the Service Manager. Jason listened attentively to my concern, gave me 100% of his attention and then resolved my issue. He was respectful, easy to speak with and showed a genuine interest in delivering the best client experience. He is what customer is all about! More

On January 6, 2023, on a Friday , I had our 2016 Buick Enclave serviced at Classic Honda( oil change and filter and State inspection). When I left after the service was done , I noticed that the "se Enclave serviced at Classic Honda( oil change and filter and State inspection). When I left after the service was done , I noticed that the "service charging system warning" was showing on the instrument panel . I questioned to myself that something had happened during the servicing to cause the problem. However I needed to return home soon. When I returned home , I called several auto repair places including Classic Honda to schedule evaluation and repairs . I spoke by phone to a lady at the service dept at Classic , and explained that the car had just been serviced there and asked if they could repair it. The lady told me they did not do mechanic work on GM cars at Classic Honda, nor did she offer to have me bring it in there to be checked out . I wound up having the alternator replaced at a another repair shop with which I was familiar and where other repairs of mine had been done successfully . It turns out that the permanent electric plug/connector on the alternator had been broken off by the person at Classic Honda who did the oil change and when the oil filter was changed. This was not apparent until the work at the other shop to do the alternator replacement had progressed and the car was not driveable When I was told this by the shop owner I went to and reported this to the service dept at Classic Honda , they offered to have me bring the car in to be repaired there. After some discussion, Jason, the service mgr at Classic agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the repairs at the other shop, plus the cost of the rental car we had to obtain. Within 12 days after bringing the receipts to Classic on Jan 12 , Jason had prepared for me a check for the entire out of pocket costs I incurred . I was vocally thankful to Jason and the asst service mgr, Cody , for keeping their promise to reimburse for my costs. I still would have the car serviced at Classic in the future, since I know they would be more careful the next time , and because their vehicle inspection is more complete and personally reported than at other oil change and facilities I have used. More

Service is is quick with the Uber service when dropping off car for service. Cody does a good job keeping you posted on status of service. Andre did a good job with accommodating a new customer with a comp off car for service. Cody does a good job keeping you posted on status of service. Andre did a good job with accommodating a new customer with a comparable vehicle when needed. Overall, Andre came through when a deal fell threw and the customer left financed in a civic that fit her well. More
