Made an appointment today changed at 9:30 on Saturday, April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get to my car pretty quickly there was six ahead of me. I said OK, I left I had 230. I called the service center back three times then hung up on me twice the third time I talked to the service guy. He said they just now getting up on the rack now getting up on the rack he said since I dropped it off. There was no hurry I said, bull crap I told him just call me when it’s ready and I’ll come pick it up at 3:45. He calls me and tells me the truck is ready and for me to come pick it up 20 minutes away. I called him nine times between 345 and 357. No one would answer the phone, so I drove out there and talk to the gentleman in the sales center and he was real nice. He said he’ll get a hold of the manager to see what they can do to him. He said he wasn’t. I said I have a key to pay until Monday he said no he’s not doing anything and if I try to take the truck, he’s gonna call the police , I said he said not my problem This guy is a real jerk, These people don’t care about their customers They are rude. They’re not helpful and now I have to takeoff work on Monday to go get my truck. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning so I will go back to this place and I will never have a good thing to say about them More

This whole establishment is a circus! I signed the papers for my vehicle on 5-24-22. I was told the vehicle would be ready in a couple of days. After getting the run around playing phone I signed the papers for my vehicle on 5-24-22. I was told the vehicle would be ready in a couple of days. After getting the run around playing phone tag and blatantly being lied to for several weeks I finally was able to receive my vehicle. Once received the car was not cleaned and smelled like a someone nude drove it with no ac in 90 degree weather. so I drove the car not even a week before my temp take expired. So now moving forward on 7/22/22 the car stopped on the highway. After a 4 days the service department looked at it and said oh, its low on oil that's it. They stiff me for an oil change and after picking the car up and driving a couple miles the car stalls and does the same thing as before. I am furious that i even wasted my time and money doing business with these clowns. I probably would get more bang for my buck at a real circus tent. Please do not patronize this establishment as you will be in a long line of dissatisfied customers. How can you spend thousands of dollars with and establishment and get treated like a a 2nd class citizen. More

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Clement Ford. Prior to that my family and extended family have purchased at least 6 cars from what used to be Marshall Ford over the years. I’m saddened to see Mar Prior to that my family and extended family have purchased at least 6 cars from what used to be Marshall Ford over the years. I’m saddened to see Marshall Ford go. This latest purchase from Clement was for my teenage son. His A/C stopped working 2 weeks after we bought the car. Also, his sync software was not up to date so his Bluetooth connection wasn’t working so we asked them to check that out as well. They fixed the A/C issue which was related to some kind of bad hose. They also ran a software update to get him the latest update. We went to pick the car up and they told us we owed $550+. We were in shock :( 1) with it being such a recent purchase, we had assumed the issues would be covered by Clement. At a Lou Fusz dealership I’ve used in the past I had a similar issue with a past car and they covered it no questions asked 2) they did not make us aware of the bill amount until we came to get the car. I’ve never experienced anything like that 3) we spoke to someone in sales about the situation and they said we were out of luck and they frankly didn’t seem to care about our frustration nor do I think they fully understood the course of events or the facts 4) it makes me question what kind of inspection is done on used cars prior to selling to their customers if we had a car with a bad A/C component and outdated software I put a certain amount of trust in dealerships when I go to them for a car. I no longer have that trust with Clement. My son needed his car back for work so we had no choice but to pay the full amount and leave. More

Worst experience ever. The sales team was fine. Now that I have to bring my truck to their service center to keep the warranty in place, the nightmare has begun. I’ve The sales team was fine. Now that I have to bring my truck to their service center to keep the warranty in place, the nightmare has begun. I’ve had my truck in there 3 times since February and every time the experience gets worse and worse. Parts are ordered in and then just sit in their shop because nobody knows they are in. Been waiting for 9 days to get a new tire put on that was supposed to be in within 4-5 days. Call to find out the status on my vehicle and nobody knows. Come to find out, the tire has been sitting there at their shop as well and nobody bothers to put it on. Put on hold for over 35 minutes today only to be transferred to a voicemail. Left voicemails in recent past for Mike Zaparty (sorry if that’s not how you spell your name) and he has failed to call back. Had numerous sales managers tell Zaparty to call me and that hasn’t happened either. Give me what I paid for my truck and you can have it back and I’ll take my business elsewhere. This was the worst decision ever. Will never buy another vehicle from this dealer or anything tied to Clement. Will continue to tell everyone I see how bad the experience has been in dealing with oil changes, minor repairs, tire replacements, and being able to get answers or in contact with someone. More
