1st Time Subaru Buyer We were "just looking", but Jason Hampton was so patient, never rushing us, and showing us several options for a possible purchase; we ended up buying We were "just looking", but Jason Hampton was so patient, never rushing us, and showing us several options for a possible purchase; we ended up buying that day. On a return visit, he took time to show us some of the Forester's features that we were uncertain on how to operate, encouraging us to return any time we felt the need. I wouldn't rate the gentleman who took care of the financial part of our purchase with as high a rating. He told us that since we were choosing to sell our current vehicle outride and use it as a trade-in, we would have to purchase a new plate and tag. After quite a bit of time and travel to the tag office, we were finally able to straighten the whole mess out by going to the Bill Bryan Kia office. We are currently awaiting the refund of the $225 that was charged for the plate & tag. An unnecessary nuisance More

Great experience, nothing like my last purchase which was in Jason did a great job, new the product very well, pointed out everything and made sure I understood everything. The paperwork process was very smooth Jason did a great job, new the product very well, pointed out everything and made sure I understood everything. Best Ever I've purchased more than a few cars over the years and many are memorable for the wrong reasons. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had I've purchased more than a few cars over the years and many are memorable for the wrong reasons. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had with Jason Hampton at Bill Bryan Subaru. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to be sure all are questions were answered. He is a great “Sales Consultant” and as a new owner I appreciate having him as a contact. Keep up the good work! More
