On a return visit, he took time to show us some of the Forester's features that we were uncertain on how to operate, encouraging us to return any time we felt the need. I wouldn't rate the gentleman who took care of the financial part of our purchase with as high a rating. He told us that since we were choosing to sell our current vehicle outride and use it as a trade-in, we would have to purchase a new plate and tag. After quite a bit of time and travel to the tag office, we were finally able to straighten the whole mess out by going to the Bill Bryan Kia office. We are currently awaiting the refund of the $225 that was charged for the plate & tag. An unnecessary nuisance More
