Poor service dropped off my car at 8:30 appointment was 9:30 did not get my car back until 6pm. I had to call around 2:30 for a status. All I was getting was an oil change and they needed to check seat bel 9:30 did not get my car back until 6pm. I had to call around 2:30 for a status. Initially it started off poorly as I had made an appt for an oil change and had to wait 1/2 hour for anyone to help me. I've been getting oil changes there for years and am usually greeted and helped within an oil change and had to wait 1/2 hour for anyone to help me. I've been getting oil changes there for years and am usually greeted and helped within 5 minutes. After that the service was performed quickly. I liked that the mechanic recorded a video of the suggested maintenance activities. As there were several I also asked Jason to prioritize for me. More
