Didn’t have to wait hours and hours in order to make a deal for a new car, which is something I’ve experienced when visiting other dealerships in the area. Car salesperson Sami and financial manager made deal for a new car, which is something I’ve experienced when visiting other dealerships in the area. Car salesperson Sami and financial manager made buying a new car as efficient as possible. Sami was very personable with me and the rest of my family and never pressured me into get a deal done. So I was in the market for my first new (used) car, and was referred to Rocco by a family member. I’m from Martha’s Vineyard, so looking for a new car is difficult to say the least. Rocco had the exact truck I was looking for at a different Herb Chambers lot, I told him I was interested, and he had it shipped over immediately!!! I loved the look of it, it has a smooth ride to it, drives amazingly, so I told Rocco to start the paperwork!!! Rocco and I have spoke multiple times, everyday during my buying experience at Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough. Whatever question I had, big or small, Rocco was there with an answer. Every request I had, he was more than happy to help. He even personally drove it down to Woods Hole to deliver it to me!!! He truly made my first buying experience an amazing one!!! My next truck will be bought through Rocco and his team at Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough, and I will proudly send my family & friends from the island in his direction!!! THANK YOU ROCCO!!!
