"Service Department - grateful for their help!"
I was traveling from Atlanta to Ohio on a Friday morning when my check engine light came on. I searched and realized Village VW of Chattanooga was only 15 minutes away, so I drove to the dealer. I spoke with Charolene Smith and explained my situation (traveling, away from home). She spoke with the Service Manager/Jason who kindly went ahead and took my car into the shop to see what was the issue. He diagnosed the problem and said they could fix it for me or I could continue my trip and have the car fixed when I got home. Since I have had to have a lot of repairs to my vehicle, I chose to wait and have the car fixed at my home dealership where they are familiar with my car. I am very grateful to Charolene for being so kind and understanding and explaining my situation to Jason. I am also very grateful to Jason for understanding my situation and acting so quickly. I was at the dealer for about an hour and then went on the rest of my trip with peace of mind. Thank you so much!

We encountered a service problem issue. Village Volkswagen not only rectified the problem, but Brandon Perry, the Service Manager, personally got involved and went out of his way to make sure that every concern we had was addressed.

While visiting Chattanooga from out of town recently the check engine light on my VW Passat came on. Not wanting to drive back home with a possible problem I went the the Village VW of Chattanooga dealership service department. Even though it was late in the afternoon close to closing time they took my car in and hooked it up to their machine to determine whether it was safe for me to drive the 100+ miles home. Both Crockett Griffin and Jason Schollenberger were polite and helpful. They determined that it was not a mechanical problem but an electrical problem that was throwing some codes causing the light to come on. They assured me it was safe to drive back home to my local VW dealer And they did not charge me for this diagnostic service even after I offered to pay.
Village Volkswagen shopping experience was very pleasant. Entire organization from Sales, Service and Finance were all helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The company was open and honest and very professional. Special thanks my Sales Consultant Scott Hile for his help and follow through. Highly reccomend this dealership.
"Service on time and on budget"
I have used the dealership to handle all of the service on my 2013 Passat which was purchased used from another source. The service department has always been professional. They were prepared for my appointment, costs were explained up-front, and there have been no surprises. Recommend them highly.
