They treated me with the sincere respect you don't usually receive when buying a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. They never played games or made me feel uncomfortable Everything was pretty straight forward. I did most everything over the phone and then went to the dealer to finalize. Bing, bang, boom, I was in and out the door and in my new 2020 Kona. Best of all I left feeling good about the process and purchase. Thanks Guys!!! I'd do it again. More

I am SO glad I found heritage hyundai. It was an hour and a half drive for us from Southern maryland but well worth it. George Varga and manager Jason were extremely friendly and helpful. George answered every single question we had and was very thorough. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my payment needed to be (I knew it was a stretch to get there). I was flexible and realistic, they were friendly and as accommodating as possible so ultimately a deal was made! Just the customer service alone would of been enough to convince me to purchase after dealing with the headache we had at our local store, sheehy hyundai of Waldorf. They first had me test drive a vehicle I made clear I didn't want and didn't tell me. Then they automatically assumed we would be purchasing and started asking us to sign stuff without going over anything. From now on, if I purchase any other hyundais in the future, heritage hyundai will be my place to go! Its worth the drive. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family as well. Side note, I went in completely prepared not to add anything else, such as gap or any extra little packages but George made us feel so comfortable and completely at ease that we decided to opt for the ceramic coating on our vehicle. The fact that we didn't feel pressured to get it was the big deciding factor to opt for it. Thanks again team! Yall are awesome! More

I never thought I would buy a Hyundai. I researched and found that Hyundai has an excellent safety rating, an extraordinary warranty, and when I met Stan Grabovski, at the dealership in Towson, i knew I w found that Hyundai has an excellent safety rating, an extraordinary warranty, and when I met Stan Grabovski, at the dealership in Towson, i knew I would buy a car that day ! Initially I was going to get a Kona, but i fell in love with the Venue ! Stan took me on test drives, was very energetic and informative to explain all the amazing features. I got a fantastic deal on my trade in, more then I expected and Stan looked out for me, being a nurse, to get an extra incentive ! What made my day : Stan set up my phone, programmed radio station and set up the emergency system! I love my car ! More
