Much better than the usual dealership experience We found the shopping experience at Country Hyundai to be comfortable and laid back. We never felt any pressure to buy. Amazing Experience!!!! I want to just share my experiences that I had the pleasure of having from the start of my process. I filled out a application online and I want to sa I want to just share my experiences that I had the pleasure of having from the start of my process. I filled out a application online and I want to say "Jason" was on it he emailed me back and was very pleasant answering all my questions that I had! Thumbs up to you, when I arrived at the store Jermey immediately came over and introduced himself to me and invited me to his desk, after checking in with Jason, they came over to start the rest of the process, as Jermey shared with me that is is new and Jason is helping him out. Well I have to say that Jermey did an OUTSTANDING job and if you ask me I would have never guess that he was new. Jermey made me feel comfortable about the decisions I was make and seem to have been knowledgeable about the process and the cars on the lots, so I have to say what an amazing job he did and his personal will take him very far. I also want to shout out the Matt the finance mgr who made this process happen as well, with going back and forth with the banks and made it possible! So job well done and again thank you so much for taking care of me and I will refer anyone to go see Jermey Amazing hands down! Keonderick White More

Country Hyundai is OK While nothing really outstanding pops out after this transaction, it is fair to say that the overall experience was ok. The salesperson, Ms. Santiago While nothing really outstanding pops out after this transaction, it is fair to say that the overall experience was ok. The salesperson, Ms. Santiago was knowledgeable and she applied no pressure. The problem was the amount of waiting time for approvals and paperwork. I complied with all requests to provide paperwork and documentation for their approprocess. I even made a special trip to the dealership prior to going in to sign documents but after arriving a second time that day My wife and I waited an additional two hours to sign papers. I was then told that I wouldn't be taking the car home for at least 3-4 days. When I did pick up the vehicle, I was told that I would have to get the required state inspection sticker in my own time at the dealer next door. I was told that I would get the remainder of the bumper to bumper and drive train 100k warranty but see no paperwork documenting this. More

They had the cars waiting for me to test drive when I arrived, they offered me and my companion water & snacks, and answered all of my questions. The Finance officer was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And finally they delivered my car to me at my home in Ct! Good experience and would reccomend you visit Country Hyundai to buy your car. More

Went there as advised by Salesperson Felt like I was lured to dealership with an assurance that I would be helped. Basically LIED! I had explained that I was in a lease and I had already Felt like I was lured to dealership with an assurance that I would be helped. Basically LIED! I had explained that I was in a lease and I had already been told by another dealership that it wouldn't be feasible at this present time to buy out or trade. I explained this to rep at dealership via email. He advised me to go to dealership since he "confident" that I could be helped. Based on this information I drove 30 minutes only to be told that if I was to trade in the vehicle my payment would be close to $500 a month for a used vehicle. I understand that some money would have rolled over to new loan but I felt this could have been better explained via email. Disgraceful act to try to make a sale in my opinion. Then I was advised that if I had a significant other...I could have them get the used car and I could "rent" out the other. What in the world???? Never again will I go back there. More

Great service I called on a whim, last minute decision. The car I was driving had been paid off for a while, but had problems that I wasn't interested in fixing and I called on a whim, last minute decision. The car I was driving had been paid off for a while, but had problems that I wasn't interested in fixing and will be doing a lot of traveling in the coming winter for work. A new car made sense and I wanted to spoil myself for once. They were eager to accommodate my schedule and set up an appointment for me to come in & check out the car I had picked out. They stayed well past closing to finish showing me the car & go over financials and such. Picked up the car 2 days later, although if I didn't want to pick it up, they would've delivered it. Very courteous, thorough and convenient transaction. Bill and Melanie were great, as well as Jason and Myron. A+ wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again. Country Hyundai is overall a great Dealership to do business with. More
