Overall excellent experience I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at ALM South online utilizing cars.com. After speaking with a very capable salesperson, Winston, severa I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at ALM South online utilizing cars.com. After speaking with a very capable salesperson, Winston, several times on the phone, I decided to make the purchase and booked a flight from Charlotte to Atlanta to purchase the vehicle, which worked out well with ALM being conveniently located to the Atlanta Airport. Taking delivery of the vehicle went well and everyone that was part of the process from Winston to finance to Jawon who acted as delivery specialist did a good job. The one disappointment was that there was only one key provide with the vehicle without key fobs. The front carpet floor mats were also missing. ALM is not necessarly to blame.... this car was received from auction and those items were not delivered with the vehicle, that however did prevent my experience from being perfect. With those two exceptions, the vehicle was all advertised and I would not hesitate to recommend a purchase from ALM South. More

I honest had no intention of purchasing a vehicle today, I was looking so I could go home and tell my husband what I liked. Jay showed me several cars and help me narrow it down to what I really wanted. He explained the entire process so I could understand exactly what I was doing. It was like we already knew each other...like I was his Mom. Then he handed me over to Shannon, who made the finance part painless. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable about the finances and walked me thru this step by step. Shannon took the time to explained every detail of my financing no matter how many questions I asked. Then he turned me over to Jawon. WOW,,,Jawon literally walked me thru every detail on my new vehicle. Explained every bell and whistle on my vehicle and even showed me many things I had no idea what it was. He even synced my phone to my new vehicle. I had no idea that I had so many options with my vehicle. These 2 guys are ALM South's DREAM TEAM and now they are my DREA TEAM!!!! They all made buying experience WONDERFUL.
