About six months ago my fiance and I purchased her a new Toyota Corolla. Throughout the entire process, Jay made the experience as pleasant and easy as possible. My fiance loves her new car! Since we had such great experience at Rockingham Toyota, I recently returned to buy a new vehicle for myself. Of course I tracked down Jay to make sure he was the salesperson that helped me. He was again extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made it clear that he understood the difference between making a quick sale and keeping the customer coming back, and that is exactly what he does. The vehicle I purchased had minor imperfections that we knew about PRIOR to the sale. The dealership made every effort possible to give us full compensation for the damages and repair them at no cost to us. My experience dealing with the service department was amazing. I never thought I could enjoy dealing with a dealerships repair department, but they fixed everything on time and even gave me a loaner for the time it was being fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Jay Enright, and the entire Rockingham Toyota staff. They definitely go above and beyond, and I could not be happier with my new vehicle. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase a new vehicle. If you are looking for a new car without the normal "dealership" hassle, go see Jay Enright at Rockingham Toyota! Recently, I went into Rockingham Toyota with a friend to pick up his newly purchased Camry. While waiting, I instantly fell in love with a pretty blue Corolla that was on display in the showroom.It had all of the extras, and was the sport version of a Corolla. I have wanted a new car for sometime now, but circumstances were preventing me from doing so. That was until Jay and Roy found a way to make it possible for me. They worked together and were able to put me into a different, but new Corolla with just a small deposit and a few less extras. I had the best experience with them both! They were very supportive in helping me to get into the perfect car for me! To top my great experience off, they, along with a few others in the showroom, came over to me, shook my hand and thanked me for my business, and proceeded to hand me a new Apple Ipad and said "Merry Christmas"! They were able to help me to get on my way to rebuilding some less than perfect credit And gave me the best Christmas gift! I will always be grateful for their help and support! My wife and I kept pushing off buying a new car because we didn't want to go through the stress of a big purchase. That stress quickly took a back seat when we walked into Rockingham Toyota and met Jay Enright. Jay was exactly what I needed in a sales consultant. We knew we wanted a Rav 4 and he gave us all the infomation we needed with no pressure at all. Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new car to go see Jay. You will not regret it. After agreeing on what we wanted we then had to go see George Matachun Jr who was the business manager. I guess I am the type of guy who expects the worse and boy was I wrong. George went over all the extras with no preasure at all. We did get the 8yr 100,000 vehicle service agreement as was recommended to me by a family member. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. We picked the truck up 4 days later and again Jay was there to guide us. Jay was so good that our daughter will be going to see him in January when her lease is up to get a Rav 4 also. Everyone we met at Rockingham was really nice and very helpful. I can only hope that when the time comes for us to service the truck that the service department is half as good as the sales department. Thanks Jay and George for making this go so smooth from start to finish.
