Horrible customer service! Not honest at all!!! Plus you will get some nasty attitude! Gave in a car for service and to fix something and guess what, service was done but NOT the fixing part! They don’t kno will get some nasty attitude! Gave in a car for service and to fix something and guess what, service was done but NOT the fixing part! They don’t know what they are doing and they will make you take back the car and tell you that they will get back to you and fix it later, and then you can forget about it, they will NOT get back to you and not get in to the phone with you, you can leave as many messages as you want and no one will get back to you, finally you will get someone and he says that he knows the story and they can’t help, and they didn’t want to tell me but the service advisor no longer works there!!!!!!! Insane!!! Suddenly he doesn’t work there? Really! So why did they tell me to leave messages and he will get back to me? The answer that I got was “because it’s non of your business who works here and who doesn’t” so non of my business so just tell me to leave messages forever and just get more and more frustrated! And this is the service you get for driving an $80,000 car! This is not a luxury feeling! Would never recommend this company to anyone! Sickening! DO NOT USE THEM!!! More

This was by far the best experience I have had at any Hyundai dealership. I visited the service department and was completely taken care of from beginning to end. It was such a difference from my previou Hyundai dealership. I visited the service department and was completely taken care of from beginning to end. It was such a difference from my previous experiences at another Hyundai dealer in NY. Jay was absolutely delightful as were all the people who helped me! I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend Jay and the service team at Stamford Hyundai. More
