Aka Bill O'Brian I would warn anyone of dealing with this outfit! They are not interested in helping solve warranty issues such as corrosion! I have 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND that has corrosion this outfit! They are not interested in helping solve warranty issues such as corrosion! I have 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND that has corrosion on the hood just like 80% of all the 2018 jeeps I see.. they also all have a radio/navigation system that de-laminates making the radio and system useless. I asked for help with getting the paint repaired and they flat out said sorry we don't deal with paint issues! Furthermore they pulled a Carfax that said my warranty was expires on corrosion. I knew this not to be true because the dealership that is replacing my radio/nav for $900 said the corrosion warranty is good til Aug 30 2023. I go to 3 other dealers for jeep and they all say they use a 3rd party but they won't honor the warranty because I didn't buy from them!! So I call back Dan O'Brians and they still refuse to set up a with a 3rd party and he claims they don't have one.. HE encourages me to look up and search for jeep dealers with body shops.... Seriously this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.. I give there sales and service a 1 for lack of knowledge and knowing how take care of customers need. . Never will I purchase a Jeep from them again!! I may never buy another Chrysler products again if they don't correct the paint! BOB CATTON More
