So 2021 - 2022 brought a whole new sales experience to car shopping. It is MSRP or above depending on the dealership. No haggling, except maybe a trade in. So had a reservation for a new Ford Lightning car shopping. It is MSRP or above depending on the dealership. No haggling, except maybe a trade in. So had a reservation for a new Ford Lightning with extended battery. Once pricing was released the extended battery option went from being a $10000 dollar option to up to a $20000 option along with many dealerships blowing up the price further. So that left me looking elsewhere. Once I settled on Toyota I looked at another dealership who was only taking orders with a minimum of 16 week wait or longer. I checked Hartford Toyota website they showed several 2022 Tundras available. I was looking at Platinum level trims with the stickers for each vehicle online with the MSRP. Using the price and trim levels I was interested in I did consider a couple of Ford versions which were $10,000 higher, not included dealer markups which as I was told would be based on the vehicle purchased, then the listed Tundras. So I contacted Hartford Toyota and was connected with Jeannette. I met with Jeannette and told her I was interested in the 2022 Tundra 1794 Edition in Army Green. I was told price was MSRP with no dealer markups and the vehicle was scheduled to be in at the end of January. No haggling, no mysteries or surprise charges. I gave her the deposit, met with the Finance guy and told him the only option I was interested in was the 5 year 100000 extended warranty. The truck came in a few days early and arranged to pick up the truck on a Saturday. Signed all the paperwork and was ready to go. Now as everything was new with the Tundra for 2022 I had little to no understanding of the software or what most of the buttons did in the truck, I am not sure if Jeannette did either. So this is probably the only negative I have regarding the transaction is I felt rushed out the door with very little understanding of what worked what in the truck. You have to spend more time with customers going over features. Other than that I have no Service experience yet so cannot rate that. More

Great experience at Hartford toyota purchasing a new Toyata Camry SE. Staff was welcoming and extremly helpful answering any questions I had. Gaetano and Jeanette took care of me!
