Regarding the discrepancy between the VIN numbers of the vehicle you received and the one Allstate provided insurance coverage for, we apologize that this was not made clear to you prior to delivery and can certainly see how that would be confusing. We'd recommend contacting us directly at our support helpline so we can have a more detailed conversation about what may have caused this issue. We'll do our best to shed light on what happened and make sure any necessary revisions are made as quickly as possible.
