We made an appointment for one of our tires to be replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the replaced which took 5 days to have it finally completed. Each day we would wait to hear but didn't receive a phone call till we call to check on the status of our vehicle. When we ask about a loaner of a car, we would inform that we were supposed to do that when dropping our vehicle off which we were never told that it was going to take 5 days to have a tire replaced. We've always been pleased with the service at Scranton Cadillac GMC of Vernon, but this last time was awful experience we had. More

Jeff doesn't impress me as the most knowledgeable person regarding my 2024 Lyriq EV. They had trouble loading a software update when I purchased my new Lyriq and he called me to tell me that he could not pr regarding my 2024 Lyriq EV. They had trouble loading a software update when I purchased my new Lyriq and he called me to tell me that he could not promise me that I would be able to take delivery on the date promised after having the car for three day. Nor did he have a plan for a resolution. On top of that, after telling me that he would remove the trailer hitch from my XT5 that I traded in at no charge, he called me back a few days later telling me that it would cost me $280. dollars to remove. I don't play games and I was open and honest with him. Lastly, I had to bring the car into him to have it service twice in one week. He promised me that he would charge the car to 80% to compensate me for my troubles and for having to bring the car in. Again, he reneged on his promise after I waited 1.25 hours only to be told that his charger was not working. I know that they have multiple chargers and the car should have been charged. More

My car had done its first repair. The roof cloth and opening mechanism broke. The part was ordered and it took few months for the part to arrive to the dealership. I received a phone call as soon as it arrived and scheduled the service, which took few days and during that time I received a similar car to use while service was done on my car. All went smoothly. However, when I received my car back after the service, I noticed hand and foot prints of a mechanic who worked inside my car that has off white interior. I called Cadillac service and I was promised for the car to be cleaned. The next appointment was made and the Cadillac representative came to clean the car. Most of the dark spots were cleaned and the car was vacuumed. Thank you Jim and Jeff. More
