I had the pleasure of working with Johnny Byrd. He was fantastic. Very responsive , filled with patience, kind, honest, and hard working. He fought for the deal and I enjoyed working with him. I had recently had surgery that prevented me from going to the dealership and they accommodated my situation well. They brought the paperwork to my house, and when the car came in they delivered it to me as well. The drivers were are very kind and respectful during this COVID era. This is my first time buying a car. After losing my mom in 2017, I get anxious and often feel lost as a 19 year old. I’ve been looking for a car for 2 months, and even though I kept hitting barriers Jeff m in 2017, I get anxious and often feel lost as a 19 year old. I’ve been looking for a car for 2 months, and even though I kept hitting barriers Jeff made sure to take excellent care of me! He eased the anxiety I felt & made the car buying process the easiest. I felt very taken care of and at home at Nash Chevrolet due to Jeff’s impeccable customer service! He isn’t your typical car salesman and there’s needs to be a version of him in every dealership!
