We worked with Mike Jarrin from internet sales. The whole process from working out a deal from home, including valuing our trade in, to getting out the door with our new Honda was smooth. Marty is a nice salesman, he cares about me as a customer. This is my first time buying car from Zimmerman Honda. I will continue coming back and make referrals because I didn’t had good experience customer. This is my first time buying car from Zimmerman Honda. I will continue coming back and make referrals because I didn’t had good experience with other dealerships, they are very pushy and not care about their customers. I think no matters supplies is shortage or demand is high as a dealership, caring customers is very important! Looking future years, if customers are not being treated fair, they are not going to come back or make referrals if supply is inclined. I understand making high volume sales now is important to dealerships but making more long term sales is even more important in future years. Moreover, Zimmerman Honda does not charge you unnecessary add on items such as nitrogen and theft protection. More
