The Sevice agent didn’t know what had been done and what hadn’t been done. She told me the amount covered the parts and the transmission. But they hadn’t even looked into transmission problems. Then they took only one head off but charged me for doing both. When I went to pic it up it cost 2330.00 and it was all torn apart. Both front tires were flat. Owner told me he had been watching them go flat. I said and you couldn’t air them up. They were only one year old. I told him he would be replacing them if there was something wrong with them. He said he didn’t let the air out of them. I said I didn’t think he did, but they might have ran over something. He was not a nice guy. He didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Everything was my fault because I didn’t have good contact with them. I will not do business with them again! More

Great knowledgeable staff were able to answer all my questions, but maintained a low pressure buying experience. I felt empowered with knowledge about the vehicles I was checking out, but not pushed tow questions, but maintained a low pressure buying experience. I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own and explore the features independently which allowed me to ultimately come to the deck that this vehicle was the right one for my needs. More
