Its been over a month and still have no title or second key for the truck. Have reached out for weeks with no results. Just had to have the rear parking brakes replaced due to them being so rusted that t key for the truck. Have reached out for weeks with no results. Just had to have the rear parking brakes replaced due to them being so rusted that they failed 3 weeks after buying the truck. These shouldnt of passed a safty inspection. Extented warraty wouldnt cover it and said the selling dealer should of caught this. Reached out to the team with no results. Clements tells me they dont have a wrtien multi point vehicle inspection for the truck. Just had a oil change report. I dont even have the saftey inspection paperwork to get it title either. The way they tell you you have to purchase the Clements way package is a line of crap. No one at the dealership is on the same page with each other. Sales doesn't know warrarty information, finace is pushy, and service doesnt know if they can work on a chevy or not. We do not live close to the dealer so I dont have time to waste going back and forth to a place that doesnt know whats going on. Not happy at the moment and no one seems to care. More

This place is a joke and the 300,000 mile warranty is too good to be true… do your homework. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
