Hello Jerry, my name is Randy and I'm the sales manager that reached out to you after the first time you wrote this exact same review. The truck you purchased went through the shop on 8/07/23 and you purchased on 8/15/23. Like I mentioned before, We do have the used car check list and I'm willing to send that to you if you would like. As for the warranty, rear parking breaks are a wear and tear item. So if they malfunction later on after the sale that is something you would be reliable for due to it being part of your standard maintenance just like brakes and rotors are. As for extended service contract questions, please feel free to reach out to me or the finance department for any and all questions since our sales staff would not have the proper knowledge nor resources to answer those types of questions. I have no choice but to contact channel 2 news and then legal action afterwards because it’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received my title or my warranty refund. I’m on my second temp tag that will expire on the 26th of September. I don’t ride around on expired temp tags. Can’t register the car I bought from you because someone on your end screwed up and I’m paying the cost. You realize that there will be penalties for late registration? Will you pay for that ? I can’t drive this car until I get the title and I need my refund.
