I have been a Cadillac owner for 17 years Sales is average at best. It may be because it is the only show in town perhaps giving the employees a sense of entitlement. The service department is horre average at best. It may be because it is the only show in town perhaps giving the employees a sense of entitlement. The service department is horrendous. The client advisors do not do a good job communicating. It is extremely challenging to get an update of the status of your vehicle. They will do the bare minimum to assist customers. I do not and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, I don’t have a choice to use them living on an island. More
