I had an appointment at 9:00am, I arrived at 8:45am. My appointment started off by them telling me that they did not even have the tail light, even though I paid for it in advice and verified they had My appointment started off by them telling me that they did not even have the tail light, even though I paid for it in advice and verified they had it over the phone, so I left and got half way home before they called me to say “whoops, our bad. We do have the part, please come back and we will get right on it”. The appointment was to fix one tail light and change my oil… they didn’t finish with my vehicle until 3:30pm. I was stuck at the dealership the whole time as I love to far away for their “shuttle service”. If you need work done on your vehicle, I would suggest going somewhere else, if you choose to bring it here, I would suggest bringing a tent and few MRE’s. Worst mechanic service I have ever experienced. I will never use Mac Haik again. More
